CHARACTERISTICS OF STANDARTIZATIONS IN PROJECTING WITH ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION

The main task of standardization consists in providing uniformity and coordination so that the project documentation could be read by both a client and an executor. Using electronic documentation files, rather than paper drawings are the main objects of his/her activity. Electronic documentation is issued with the use of suitable software and even copying within one computer program can cause difficulties.

The reasons are the different standards of the same program. If the standards are different, the executor needs much more time to provide the information properly.

Even the simple action like copying the information needs the uniform standard for the electronic documents executing.

If the project documentation is uniform and fits the standard, it is possible to perform group actions with the set of drawings. To accomplish these procedures it is necessary to develop some additional small programs, but if the drawings are performed without any standards, it becomes completely impossible to apply the group actions.

Hereby, all the above can prove the necessity of the standardization for the electronic documentation execution.
